Ein "irrsinnig glücklicher" Investor und 25.000 Beschäftigte können aufatmen: Das Essener Amtsgericht hat den Karstadt-Insolvenzplan angenommen. Es war die letzte Hürde für die Übernahme der Warenhauskette durch den deutsch-amerikanischen Investor Berggruen. Am 1. Oktober übernimmt er offiziell die Geschäfte.
